• an ongoing support basis

The scope, pricing, and timeframe of services will be agreed in writing (via email or proposal) before work begins.

I do not guarantee specific results (such as rankings, sales, or leads), as outcomes depend on many factors outside my control.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Supply content, access, or approvals when requested

• Respond within a reasonable timeframe

• Ensure they have rights to any materials provided

Delays in communication or approvals may affect timelines.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees will be agreed in advance

• Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice

• Ongoing services are typically billed monthly

• Late payments may result in paused services until payment is received

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations & Termination

• Either party may end ongoing services with reasonable notice (typically one month, unless otherwise agreed)

• No long-term contracts are required unless explicitly stated

• Fees for work already completed remain payable

• Refunds are not provided for completed work

One-off projects cannot be cancelled once work has started.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Clients retain ownership of their original content

• Upon full payment, clients are granted rights to use completed deliverables

• I retain the right to display non-confidential work for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless agreed otherwise

7. Confidentiality

I respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive business information without consent, except where required by law.

Clients agree to treat any confidential information shared by me with the same respect.

8. Limitation of Liability

While I take care to provide high-quality services, I am not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business

• Website downtime or third-party platform issues

• Changes made by third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, social networks)

My liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.

9. Third-Party Services

Some services may rely on third-party platforms or tools (e.g. social media platforms, analytics tools, email software).

I am not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of third-party providers.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access or disrupt its operation.
